If you like to use Yahoo Answer, then you will like (might like) this Quora – a continually improving collection of questions and answers created, edited, and organized by everyone who uses it. There are lots of interesting topics and valuable answers.
Quora utilizes several things that other social services have implemented over the years and ties them all together in a way the surfaces excellent information. It is definitely a better version of Yahoo Answers with a lot more quality responders than you would find at Yahoo Answers.
If you let it, it can really keep you trapped for awhile, you can use Quora to document the world around you. Unlike tweets, which are limited to 140 characters, Quora answers can be lengthy.
Because Quora is pretty new, so it hasn’t got into what Yahoo Answers is facing today – have whole lots of silly questions posted there, but not sure what will happen when they got millions of users start using it.
Beside other good points that Quora got, one of the downside they have right now is lacking of moderation, so if you are a Yahoo Answer experienced user, you would expect some pretty silly questions to pop up there once the you start to using it.
So far as I see, Quora is a very useful service for bloggers or people who are searching for the answers.
