This question is tough – how often should you post content to your social media accounts?
Your social media efforts can really take you places if you know when to put your foot on the gas.
However, since social media is a very flexible and fluid part of your marketing strategy. It is a challenge thing to do when comes to draw the line between how much you could be posting and how much you should be posting.
Example, if you post too much in a day, people will find it annoying no matter who it is and what social network it’s on.

Major brands post an average of 2 times per day to Instagram. There’s no drop-off in engagement for posting more.
Blog – 2 times per week
Companies that increase blogging from 3-5 times/month to 6-8 times/month almost double their leads.
