Video: The State of Internet
When I was looking for some data information toward to social media trend on the web, I find below this video, which has been created by agency Jess3, it was embedded on Technorati’s blog. As you know, today’s web is totally different as years ago, there is so much data out there to digest that consumers are increasingly sharing infographics, simple visualizations of data to communicate salient points of important research or social trends.
Below this video give a comparison of the sheer volume of content created on email systems, online video consumption and social networks, it connected the dots between some different data sources and creates a view of our global Internet usage. Unlike some infographics that can be heavy on socio-political statements, this video more like a “holy cow” of stats.
For the most part these stats are accurate, however due to the space is moving too quick for anyone to really track, some stats in the video are already out of date, example, Facebook.
